The food was served cold, the line was long and moving slowly. I received the incorrect change, but it wasn't worth arguing over. My sandwich came with cheese even though I'm allergic to dairy. This was not the first time I had experienced poor service while dining here. The fries and tea were also lacking in quality. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant in the future. The inside of my burger was completely undercooked. They do not properly cook their food.
Oct Sign doesn't light up.have been told to wait for mins.. have to ASK to get receipt. Why does it seem no one here wants my ?!?
Always double-check your order! I visited the restaurant at 5pm and ordered three Baconator combos. I received my fries but the sandwich was missing. This was definitely a quality control issue. It's my responsibility to check before leaving, but should that really be necessary?
Line was long, but got through quick. Food was good.
