This is the third time this has happened and it's ridiculous.

Orders are consistently messed up, they throw your food together like they're playing corn hole with it, the drive through takes forever. Oh, and they'll forget napkins every time, and half the time your food doesn't come in a bag so grease leaks everywhere.

Dunkin needa to pull the franchise from this guy skimping on food and not following the menu. I dobt blame theemployee for doing his job, however i pay good money to eat here and expect my food to be made according to dunkin standards

Employees don 't utter so much as a thank you, just rush you through and shut the window with a short yup when you thank them. Just overall trash.
