While not all of the games were functioning, the service and atmosphere were average. I did enjoy the pizza and salad bar. My preschoolers like the place, which is why we keep coming back. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.

Visited Chuck E. Cheese on Saturday for my Grandson’s birthday party. The service was horrible, the workers acted as if they didn’t care. The cleanliness of the store was way below standard, the salad bar was not in order, the men’s bathroom was not clean. The mascot acted as if the kids were bothering him, no excitement at all. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, but others seemed annoyed by my presence. I noticed many employees standing or sitting around doing nothing while the restaurant clearly needed cleaning. There was food scattered under the salad bar throughout my visit, and drinks had been spilled, making the floor so sticky that we had to clean our shoes when we got home. The food presentation was unappealing, as it looked like it had just been carelessly placed on the tray. The fries were practically raw, the chicken was burnt, and we received no vegetable sticks, even with a $15 meal. I've attached a photo of what we got. I spent over $150 here. While the kids enjoyed themselves, we won't be returning. The establishment is in dire need of a deep clean, better management, and employee training. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing time, but unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed. The small arcade area was fun, but we finished exploring it in under 30 minutes.
