I ordered a bowl with half honey chicken and steak. They weren 't listening when I was making an order for sure, that they charged me $15 saying that I ordered extra meat. I claimed that I never asked for extra meat, but they made me pay for it since they already made a bowl. When I got back home, I was shocked at how little the amount was even though they poured extra meat in it. The photo is literally as soon as I opened the cover. Never Ever Ever visiting again. The worst experience ever. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
There was a long black hair in my bowl and the workers all put their gloves in the bowl when holding them . This place is a safety hazard at this point , would not recommend to anyone . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered from doordash yesterday and there was a big chunk of plastic wrap we pulled out of the burrito. It was so large we don't know how in the world they could miss it when scooping, which makes you wonder how many corners are being cut and what else they don't notice. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100
This location isn?t as good as it used to be. The funny thing is any time I go to a Chipotle in Baltimore the food and cleanliness is better, you?d think it would be the opposite. I just think the overall problem is the management, when you havegood management you have good employees that care, when you have poor management or a person who?s in over their heads it willshow. The fact the food production is a problem along with the sanitation is why I believe that it?s ultimately the one incharge, they know what?s going on and they either don?t care or don?t adequately understand how fix it.
Ive been going here for years, and have never experienced this in my life. It seems a lot of the old staff is gone, and the new people are beyond rude and unprofessional. The second person of the assembly line was awful! We thought the first one had anattitude, but the second employee had her beat! She was upset because we requested the lettuce be changed out. There was a bigbin of old brown lettuce clearly going bad. It looked they rinsed it water and kept telling us all of the lettuce look likethat. We finally had to tell them we worked for the health dept, show our badge, and politely request for a different batch. Shebrought a new one out that looked WAY BETTER! Next thing I know, she started THROWING and SLAMMING our food on the counter. Itwas insane ???? People behind us agreed the lettuce was OLD and looked ROTTEN. Please do something about the quality of food andcustomer service. Also, it's so rude to start speaking another language because we asked for something else. Wow.
