I can't adequately express how incredible this restaurant was in making my son's birthday the best day ever! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my son's experience was fantastic. They not only handled our large order quickly but also made him feel special throughout the celebration. My son celebrated his 8th birthday, and when I asked him where he wanted to go for dinner, he chose BurgerIM because he loves their burgers and fries! I am so grateful to the team for making him feel like royalty on his special day. The food was delicious as always, but the service was truly exceptional! Thank you all so much!

My husband and I tried this place out for the 1st time this week, we've been driving by here for a while. I had the salmon burger and my husband had the lamb OMG! so delicious we went back a second time in the same day lol, Don't sleep on this restaurant. Customer service means everything to me and they were Amazing. Oh and the milkshakes are to live for! I had the orange cream circle my husband had the bananas Foster he doesn't even drink milkshakes and we smashed those lol.

This was my first time trying the restaurant. It was recommended by a friend who said it was a great place to eat. Decided to take my wife out and invited some neighbors to join us. I ordered the Greek Lamb burger which was supposed to come with Tzaziki sauce. When i received my burger it was quite disappointing because it was not as thick as advertise. I chose not to make a big deal out of it until I realized the sauce on my burger was mayonnaise and not Tzaziki sauce as the menu described. I asked the cashier why my burger had mayonnaise instead of Tzaziki sauce and she was just as surprised. I asked for the manager and she came out and explained that they ran out of the sauce. I then asked her why didn't she inform anyone who orders that instead of choosing to add mayonnaise trying to pass for the Tzaziki sauce. She apologized and asked if I'd like something else but I elected not to out of fear of what happens in restaurants when people have complained. Had she offered to refund my money then I would have accepted that offer. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
