Buffalo wild wings definitely have improved. Outstanding customer service and the food was on and delicious
Good food, but the service model needs work. We stood waiting for a table longer than it took for others to come in, make an order, and leave with their food. There was no separation of the 'dining in ' patrons from the 'to-go ' crew. (It was a busy night but there was visibly seating available, even with social distancing considered. As soon as they realized we needed a table, we were seated immediately. 20 minutes after we arrived, that is. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was great. Just a rather frustrating beginning.
Ordered the 10 boneless wings bundle. Receipt even confirmed it. The bag stated that a worker had checked the order. I opened it up when I got home and it was 5 bone in wings. I called up and after 20 minutes in hold the manager tells me I can get a refund within 8-9 days. It's been two weeks and NOTHING on my credit card statement. I've disputed the charge and I'm never coming back. If you enjoy wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours with the sauce soaked into them then this place is for you!
This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a BWW in a long time. There was no one in the front to greet and have you seated. We waited until one worker passing by told us we can sit. The waiter took a while to come to us. After our order was taken we waited over 30 minutes for our food. We were ordering food for a family of 4 so it wasn?t a lot. She then got one of my orders incorrect completely and then when my food came out it was terrible. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was so overcooked and hard that I had to send it back. I refused to wait another 30 minutes so I did not order. My husband and son ordered wings and the wings were disgusting they were dry and burnt (I attached a picture). The waiter didn?t even offer us refills on our water which is unbelievable. When I received the check it was incorrect so I had to wait additional time until that was corrected. I love BWW but I will never visit this location again and I strongly suggest neither do you unless you want bad service and bad food. What a waste of money we spent tonight.
