Many diners report a mix of friendly and lackluster service, with simple greetings often overlooked. While food quality remains high, issues such as incorrect orders and undercooked items frequently occur. Long wait times enhance the frustration, particularly when employees seem unproductive and unengaged. Customers express disappointment with the overall experience, expressing a desire for improvements in management and staff training. Although some patrons are willing to return in hopes of better visits, many find the prospect of dining here increasingly unappealing.
I placed an online order through the restaurant's app for convenience, but encountered several issues. Despite arriving at the specified time, the order was not ready and we were informed there would be a 30-minute wait due to a lack of chicken. After killing time at a nearby Goodwill, we returned to find a lengthy line of cars for pickup and had to wait even longer for our food to be boxed up. Upon finally receiving our order, we discovered that key items were missing and there were other errors, such as receiving sweet tea instead of unsweetened. I contacted the restaurant, but was unable to speak to a manager. Despite being promised compensation, all we received were the missing items. Overall, this was a disappointing first experience with the restaurant and I have no plans to return to this location again.
This location needs some SERIOUS management training! Staff is RUDE has NASTY ATTITUDES. They close the store down BEFORE it is time (all the time) and will let you sit at the mic box, clueless as to why no one is saying anything. SMDH... They also actas if you are bothering them when you ask for the condiments THEY 'RE suppose to ask or offer you!! I 'm sure there is somethingI am forgetting but I think you 'll get the gist of it. On the other hand the food is actually decent, all things considered.I 've only had breakfast though, every time I 've gone for dinner... they 're closed. >eye roll
We have been visiting this restaurant for the past two weeks due to some appointments. We give it three stars. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but it never seems to reach it. The staff can be friendly at times, but other times they are not. A simple greeting can make a big difference. There have been a few instances where our order was incorrect, such as adding butter to plain biscuits when we requested them without, or receiving sweet tea instead of a soft drink. Despite these issues, we plan to continue visiting this location in hopes that things will improve. The food always arrives hot and tasty, making it worth the occasional customer service mishaps.
This is getting ridiculous. I pull up at 1215pm, 14 cars in drive thru, lobby locked, 2 employees sitting at tables, eating, and playing on phone... and they have staff shortage?? Whoever owns this one doesn't mind losing money.
Absolutely horrible service. The staff completely ignored me even when I was right in front of them. They were more interested in playing on their phones and touching food simultaneously. Despite it being a quiet time, my order took 15 minutes to prepare while the employees just stood around staring at me. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible. Additionally, there were five employees present during my visit.
