Arby's - Columbia

We needed a place for a quick lunch from 77. Easy to order and our order was correct. Loved that their deal of the week was getting a combo a child's meal for $1 (we have two children). I thought the chicken gyro wrap had a lot of taste, although a little light on the protein. My potato cakes were beautiful and crisp. Everyone liked their meals. *Cashier and Gentleman who gave us our food didn't wear a mask. Husband had set his up as we were not 6 meters apart.

I like Arbys better than most other fast food, but this visit was lack-luster. Went through this drive through while on a trip. Paid extra for a medium curly fry, but the box was only half full. Food wasn't particularly hot, fresh, or special in any way.

Don't use the Arbys app! The special discounts aren't applied through the app so if you get a two for $7 or something similar, they charge full price for both items, no discount. My 2 for $7 cost me $9.30. Because I paid through the app the store couldn't correct it.

Went to try the waygu burger which was good and juicy however, the sauce was too much and messy. The bun was sliding everywhere I had to use napkins to dry up the excess sauce. Tomatoes wasn't fresh as well.

The manager name Renee was rude and disrespectful all the drinks needed to be changed she told me she was to busy to change them so I said I paid for a drink she kept ignoring me she was also talking bad about the people in drive thru because they had the same complaints. Don't go to this place and the food well cold burnt raw
