Wife Saver Fury’s Ferry Rd

Just not good, fried chicken was pretty dry, cornbread was not so bland that after a couple bites I tossed it away. But the absolute worst is the side dish size. I have seen larger serving sizes at Costco as samplers. It is about the size of a large spoonful. This is just sad.

It's not fancy, but it's a local institution. Food is always decent and this is the location to pick up Master's themed treats near the event.WifeSavers gives back to and supports local organizations. Definitely support this small business!

I have visited this location many times over the years. During covid I went thru the drive in many times also. I am a BHS and Augusta College Graduate, ran track in my time at BHS when Chris Cunningham was a manager on track team. Today, 04/01/24 my daughter wanted us to go to Wife Saver to eat dinner and she wanted to order either the egg salad, or the pimento cheese for her lunch the next couple of days. She asked if she could have a taste of both , not more than that, as she was going to get the one she like the best. The person at register asked some lady behind her if we could do that. That lady never looked toward me or offered any kind of explanation as to why they could not do this. It was embarrassing to my daughter and to me. She was not asking for a handout, just a taste. She wanted to order one of them. Personally, i was blown away at this ridiculous refusal and no explanation. Due to this incident , i will never step foot, or go thru drive in at this, or any other Wife Saver location. Never been a big fan of your restaurant anyway, And you can rest assured I will relay this to all my close friends, and I am a lifetime Augusta native......To Mr. Dukes, the unprofessional owner of Wife Saver on Furys Ferry, and to the sarcastic answer to my review, this whole thing would have been avoided if you knew how to train your people. All it would have taken was a simple explanation. We never got that. Its ok. I wont miss anything at any of these restaurants anyway. All of your vegetables come straight out of a can anyway. Nothing missed here.....

This place is GARBAGE!!!!!!!! Food is almost bearable. Cornbread strangled my throat with its extreme desert level dryness and upon eating it I rushed to the bathroom and flooded it. Absolutely terrifying service.
