The Hot and Sour Soup and Mongolian Beef were among the best I’ve ever had from a Chinese restaurant. They were served hot, packed with flavor, and had the perfect level of spiciness. Highly recommend!

Instead, they suggested I could have a free order of Eggplant Shrimp on my next visit. I requested that they simply credit my credit card for the missed order, but I was informed that they cannot process that sort of transaction. I then mentioned that I would bring my receipt on my next visit to ensure I receive the promised free Eggplant Shrimp. It's simply unbelievable to me that they cannot provide a credit to my card. Overall, I found their customer service to be extremely lacking!
