What Cydney Murazik doesn't like about McDonald's - Academy Blvd:
OLD FOOD being served (as in it should be thrown out after an 1hr of sitting. Yeah you can't trick the public anymore with heat lamps. Employees can't count. Literally tired of complaining about the right amount of items. Burgers, fries, chicken nuggets. Never the right amount. Just go down the road to the next McDonald's. Today was different. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Multiple cars behind me ended up leaving. So I went inside to order. Apparently I was not important. Waited again ?. When someone finally decided to help me I told them that multiple people were waiting in your drive-thru. Nobody really even seemed to care they weren't even helping me. When I left there were cars lined up in the drive-thru and not a single order was taken. My $10 breakfast egg McMuffin was definitely not worth it today .
Complete idiots work here! I’ve gone multiple times. This location never accepts app coupons. They always get my kids kid meals wrong. It’s sad when my 8 year olds say I don’t want to go here because they never get our order right. It’s not rocket science to read a screen and put the correct items on a burger and into a bag!
Normal super busy mcdonald’s. they were under servants. my eight-year-old enkel loved his great Mac election time. I have the quarter with cheese flour. This sandwich was so good in the past, and now the bread is dry and I can't eat her food after it gets cold. food: 2/5
Terrible drive thru personal. I waited for 5 minutes while the other track was served immediately. at least 3 cars moved up and were served while I waited when I asked if I could place my order, the woman was extremely rude to say that she was busy and will take my order when she is ready. when I tried to ask why the other track was served and not I cut her out to scream I'm busy and I'll serve them when I was ready to be a manager for several quick stores this is not how they treat customers. especially in a drive thru, where the point is speed and efficiency. the same car sat in the pay window all the time that would leave me to believe that they either 't know how to count change, or they don't know how the pos works either, how personal needs more training on the most basic tasks.
Only fyi, “Triple” means three(3) piece meat, not two (2.) much luck in life!
