What Jae B doesn't like about Mandarin Chef Express:
for hard times like today I am very careful where I spend my money. Yesterday we spent over $58 for moo goo gai pan, sweet and sour chicken, and mu shu pork with a crab wonton appetizer. We did not even eat half of what we ordered. All of the chicken was dry to the point it was not edable. The moo goo was singed and disappointing. First time I had it. The only thing holding this place back from 5 stars is the location. It is difficult to find unless you were deliberately looking for it. However, dont let the location deter you. For $8.95 I got their Kung Pao Delight that comes with a soup (I got the Hot and Sour), a mini eggroll, and a wonton. The food was delicious, well priced and the flavorful type of spicy.
