I always have a great experience ordering from here, my orders are always ready on time. But today I accidentally ordered my lunch at 7:30am instead of setting for a future pick up. I called the store right away and they said it was okay and they would make it at 12:30 instead . Our food order was incomplete. I spoke with the manager about the issue. Priscilla, the cashier, seemed to be preoccupied while placing a new order for me. I would recommend that she avoid working in customer service if this is how she handles situations. It really detracted from our experience. View all feedback.
Our Uber Eats order was incomplete. When I visited the store, I was unable to speak with the manager. Priscilla, the cashier, had a poor attitude while preparing my replacement order. If you can't maintain a positive attitude, perhaps customer service isn't the right fit. This kind of behavior can damage the establishment's reputation.
The food can be fantastic at times, but there are occasions when it's not up to par. I recommend checking the lettuce, as I’ve received some that was slimy and clearly should have been discarded!
I was in a hurry and ordered online. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, despite the notification saying it was. Since it was evening and the staff was focused on closing up, they didn’t offer any assistance. I ended up having to buy a plastic cup, which had a hole in it, and I ended up getting wet. I will never return to this location again.
Why does no panera put cheese in their French onion soup anymore? Been a year since I've had cheese in the soup its like forgetting buns to a burger it makes 0 sense I'm bout done with this chain altogether can never do anything right anymore butI'm sure they will blame covid

Got the staff to make my order right away and it was readywithin 10 minutes. I really appreciate what the staff did for me!
