Packed! Otherwise I was with a group of 12 and the waitresses crushed it. One of the best dirty martinis I’ve had… Delmonico steak was cooked too literal perfect when I asked for medium rare plus… everyone I was with loved the food and drinks. View all feedback.
What Christopher Munoz doesn't like about Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse:
The steamed clams were amazing, but the NY strip steak texture (ordered medium) was as is if they defrosted the steak too fast and it was tough. The waitress was not very friendly nor attentive and dampened the experience. View all feedback.
I ordered takeout family meals last Sunday. 2 meals that said fed 4 to 5. Spaghetti and meatballs and sausage. There were 3 meatballs and 3 small pieces of sausage. The sauce had large clumps of what appeared to be tomatoes. Chicken parm was plentiful however slightly burned and tough. 2 large tossed Salas and dressings were provided along with bread, butter and Parmesan cheese. I was very disappointed. I spent 100 dollars.
We had a memorial dinner for my mother-in-law in the Frank Sinatra room. The staff was very attentive and everything was great.
Ordered a Alfredo dish with chicken, was very disappointed with less than a chicken breast barely 6oz and the dish was the same price as chicken parm and that dish was 2 chicken breasts. I dislike restaurants that take advantage of customers. Unfortunately this restaurant has cut portions to accommodate profit margins. Delmonico’s restaurants is now the new Applebees in just throw food on a plate with no pride or quality.
My review is mixed. Haven't been in a year so there were changes. Mainly the prices increased and the portions decreased. My husband got spaghetti and meat balls and I had filet Marcella. I finished my meal which I NEVER EVER do. The bill was $100 including tip which our server deserved. But I can cook alot of spaghetti for that price. Had to ask for more Marcella sauce cause my spaghetti was dry. Meals were rich in flavor but the increase in prices turned me off. I can get the same meal at DeAngelos in schenectady for less and delicious. One plus was they were playing Frank Sinatra music.
