Chili's Grill - Colonie

My chips were soogy/undercooked and super oily and of our food came out cold. I was given blue cheese when I asked for ranch I'm allergic to blue cheese and made sure to double check she heard me when I said ranch. Our waitress was nice and fairly prompt.

The fajitas were dead and the only tasty part of the entire meal was the chips and salsa

Ordered take nachos expects a whole lot more then 5 chips sat there 20 mins friendly very friendly eating not very good at all not so a pleasant experience if I could give the food a zero and the people a 10 I would.

Good moods and service provide a wonderful experience. place needs more different options for peskatarian, vegetarian, pollopescatarian, vegan meal ):vegetarian options: bon based burger is availableKid-Friendship: family friendly atmosphere

Great. we had a gift card we had to use. that was my first time at a chili’s I had steak-laden maische and spagel my meal was cooked to my taste everything was great. my man had one of the specialburgers he also enjoyed. we had some of the 2 for 1 beer to drink. our server was so friendly. the only problem I have is that our food comes out before our appetizers. another server dumped us eating and our server came shortly later with the app and she apologized for ordering everything came out. but all in all a great visit and eat good.
