Bj's Bakery - Colonie

While my friend and I have enjoyed meals at BJ's in the past, we were disappointed by the lack of service during our recent visit. We went to the bar and noticed a vacant seat, which suggested that someone was previously seated there. After trying to get the bartender's attention, two women were informed that the two open spots were available, but they were ignored for over 10 minutes! Frustrated, we decided to take our business to Juniors in Troy, where the service is much better. It's important for consumers to speak up about poor service because we have plenty of options, and until businesses improve, these issues will persist. Unfortunately for the two bartenders, they missed out on our tips, which could have been significant!

The food was cold, and it felt like we were dining in a window seat. We ordered artichoke and spinach dip, which was poorly presented and coarsely made. As for our 14 calamari, they were burnt and overcooked. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

The food here is incredible! There's a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere, and I highly recommend it! This has become our new favorite dining spot!

Went for happy hour on a Friday. Despite many open tables, still had to wait for a table. Decided to eat at the bar, and it took awhile to get waited on. However, after that service was pretty good. The pot stickers and California club flatbread were both tasty. Good beer selection

I would give 0 stars if it was possible, I was with my family today we sat at 6:30 and we were served only some of our food at 7:30 and the rest was never delivered. we were charged for the never delivered food. the waitress we had was nice, but the service was cruel. we never come again.
