The service at this restaurant is excellent, especially the server named Hathiha who provided great service with a friendly attitude.
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy top-notch coffee and unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service, especially Kevin from the Java Lounge Fort branch. He is an outstanding individual who makes you feel right at home. Employees like him are few and far between, as they truly understand how to treat customers well. This is the perfect place to visit for delicious coffee, food, and other beverages.
I love to go the this place only for chillin around. Its a nice place in a nice location. They always appreciate the guest here. Their coffee is not pricey and so is their cake. Affordable with a good ambience.
The atmosphere was lovely with Christmas decorations already set up. The espresso was excellent, but the croissant was just okay.
For the coffee drinker who wants to enjoy a good cup of coffee with some cakes or sandwiches then this is the place to be . Tends to be a tad crowded however it’s a very refreshing experience with friendly staff and an overall good product offering .. value for money

Cozy place, nice decorations, very tasty cakes
Have been here quite a few times. Easily accessible via hospital street right next to the Fairway Hotel. Fresh food but compared to other coffee houses more expensive. Free WiFi. Perfect for a business meeting. Can call and check seating availability before coming. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.
This cute little cafe has been my go to place for years whenever I needed a quiet chilled place to do my work outside home/office and recently a place to avoid powercuts! I enjoy taking a stroll here from the fort station. Fort Java Lounge is a good spot for a coffee date too. Good coffee, good food and steady wifi for a reasonable price. Friendly and accommodating staff but service gets slow during rush hours. As a pescatarian I wish there were more fresh lunch options on the menu. Oh and if u too tend to get cold easily take a jacket!
Great place if you like to enjoy your coffee at a silent calm place. Also, their cheesecakes are delicious and if you're in for the coffee options java lounge chain have a large range to try out.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon as I Needed a place to catch up on work whilst visiting Sri Lanka and there weren't many places that had the same vibe as here.. highly recommended for all expats and business tourists who wants to get work done or just kick back, enjoys a coffee.. staff are very friendly and attentive
Another awesome java lounge outlet in Colombo dutch hospital area. A best place to hangout and sip a perfect coffee while enjoying their food items. However,the kochchi pizza was not much tasty. Prices are bit high, but its worth considering all the facilities and good time one can experience.
A good locate to spend some quality time alone or with your loved ones. I usually come to this place for a coffee and they serve with amazing coffee and Kavin and the rest of the crew's friendly service makes this atmosphere much more great. Great place to have good food guaranteed.
Well this part of the city is not far from my residence and so I visit this corner of Java quite often. I must say this is one of the prominent branch of Java. The show at the window side is great and exquisite! The service is indeed swift and neat. The welcoming of the staff is a must say added value. And Mr.Kavin’s notion of hospitality is noteworthy as much as of the other staffs. Keep serving the nation! Best wishes!!!
I stayed for several days in the Fairway hotel to which the Java Lounge is attached. Spent about four to six (I lost track and yeah, I probably don’t have a life) hours each day, wired as all heck from copious amounts of coffee. In fact, I’m sitting in the Lounge as I write. The coffee is superb. It made the best of Starbucks taste like sludge. What I love best about the Lounge is the outside seating. It is a haven in the sweltering heat of Colombo, breezy, and cool. Really. I don’t want to leave but they want their table back…or charge me rent. Don’t blame them. They are coming…

Cozy cafe ideal for a coffee in the evening. They have best coffee you can find in Fort dutch hospital shopping precinct. Additionally they have a variety of food items ranging from a delicious variety of cakes and cookies to spicy snacks served fresh. They death by chocolate cake is a die for. So is their cheesecakes. Service is bit slow but the food is definitely worth the wait.
