They... read more I placed an online order at 7:30 a.m. this morning for three personal care items and received a call at 11:30 a.m. that one of the items was out of stock. They asked me to come to the store to choose a different item at the same price. If an item is not available, why is it listed as available online? This wasted my time and money. Providing a different item is not a satisfactory solution as it erodes customer trust.
