In the immediate vicinity is the Cologne Philharmonic, the Cathedral and the Senftöpfchen, ideal for tourists and locals. The food is really great here there is nix to mecker and the service is excellent and polite. The entire ambience is already slightly increased, which is also noticeable at prices. But reasonable. There are seasonal specialties such as fresh asparagus etc. A changing menu is also best to check on the homepage of Holtmann ́s and get hungry; I can only recommend it!

I ordered shrimp in olive oil with garlic and chili pepper. After peeling and eating one shrimp, I never touched them again. The shrimp had an incomprehensible structure, they fell apart into mush and smelled like rotten fish. The shrimp heads were greenish-gray, clearly not fresh and started to rot, just terrible. If I had eaten all of you, I would have ended the day in the hospital with poisoning 100%. I reported this to the waiter, but they did not offer to replace the dish or refund the money. I paid full price for my under-poisoning and rotten shrimp. The day and mood were ruined. It is unacceptable to serve such food, it is primarily the health of customers!!!!
