Fischmarkt - Cologne

The Holtmann ́s is a small (in summer with Terasse twice as large and fine restaurant with open kitchen right on the Rhine. In the immediate vicinity is the Cologne Philharmonic, the Cathedral and the Senftöpfchen, ideal for tourists and locals. The food is really great here there is nix to mecker and the service is excellent and polite. The entire ambience is already slightly increased, which is also noticeable at prices. But reasonable. There are seasonal specialties such as fresh asparagus etc. A changing menu is also best to check on the homepage of Holtmann ́s and get hungry; I can only recommend it!

I came to the Rstaurant only on a jump when I was here first, but I immediately learned to love it, and I was clear that I came back... that food is super the waiter friendly and not intrusive and the whole package is definitely recommended
