It was late afternoon, and there were only a few other patrons... read more This was a delightful surprise. We decided to stop off the Natchez Trace and discovered Buckets. It was late afternoon, and there were only a few other patrons in the restaurant. The special was written on a chalkboard, and it sounded so enticing that we didn’t even bother looking at the menu. I ordered the fried green tomato BLT with fries and a huge Coke for just $11.00. Being from Nashville, we know that a meal like this would cost significantly more there, and it would definitely be worth it. The tomato was cooked to perfection, and paired with the bacon, it was absolutely delicious. The fries were hot and flavorful as well. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was incredibly friendly. When we finish our journey down the Trace, we will definitely be back here. I highly recommend this charming little gem off the beaten path.

Usually have to wait 15 to 45 minutes.but Went there to give them some business, and they turned me away for a guantee order that isn't really guantee. Basically turned me away and said my money is no good. So to hell with them because that how you lose customers Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
