The owner is so sweet. Many times I can’t get out of the car to go inside due to chronic fatigue or joint pain so my fiancé goes in and calls me, the owner always talks to me over the phone or FaceTime to help me make my selections. If you’re trying to lose weight, you will with this amazing food. I absolutely love this shop. Please go see him and support his business. He remembers his customers and he deserves recognition in the community. He has brought a lot of hope to people in this town. This kind of food is not really offered at other places around here. I went here today. Just started a Keto diet this week and was so tired of meat and cheese and a friend at work told me about this bakery. He said the Triple Berry Cheesecake Bowls was one of his best. I got back to work and it was heavenly. Owner very knowledge on Keto if you are looking for variety on Keto this is the place to go. Wanting a place to get past your sweet craving this is it. I also bought two cinnamon rolls and gave one to two of coworkers to split. They both said it was very good. Thanks to the owner for having just what I needed today!

The cauliflower crust wood-fired pizza was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!
