Crystal Buffet - Collingwood

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Everything we ordered was of excellent quality and flavor.

I’ve tried both takeout and delivery from this restaurant, and I was pleased with my experience. The restaurant was clean for pickup, and I really appreciate that they offer delivery too. My family ordered the combo for four, and we were all very happy with the generous portion of vegetables that came with it. The honey garlic ribs were plentiful and a great value. Additionally, the chicken balls were delicious and contained a good amount of chicken. Overall, I had a great experience!

We were quite disappointed to discover that the buffet was not available during our visit, and only menu orders could be placed. They could have at least offered an All-You-Can-Eat option by serving food at the table based on customer requests. The overall ambiance of the place felt dull and uninspired, with only basic, minimal furniture hinting at its identity as a Chinese restaurant. At the time we visited, we were the only customers, which was surprising for a post-lunch hour. The food tasted average, on par with what you'd expect from a typical Chinese restaurant, and we ordered set meals for six, which left us with plenty of leftovers, as anticipated.

Would definitely not recommend. The food was not very tasty and under seasoned. The pad Thai was almost ok. There are some very good restaurants in Collingwood which would be a better choice.

Awesome buffet located in west end of collingwood right beside the galaxy cinema and near Many other shops and businesses aswell. This is a multi style buffet with tons of different food choices that are all good quality and tasty. Waitresses and employees all seem to be pleasant aswell.
