Papa John's Pizza - Collingswood

Another fantastic experience! Martell was incredibly helpful, and the food was excellent, as usual. It was hot and ready when we arrived. The employee working tonight was exceptionally nice and accommodating. You can tell he takes pride in his work because the pizza he made for us was the best we've ever had from Papa John's. This location is amazing! Our pizzas were delayed last night, but it wasn’t a big issue. However, today the store called us to apologize for the delay. What great customer service!

I saw an online special for a big stuffed crust pizza from Papa John's that comes with one topping. I decided to call and order a pizza without sauce and with paprika as my topping. Unfortunately, the person who took my order had a language barrier, which made it difficult for me to communicate what I wanted. Consequently, I ended up with a white pizza but no paprika. My receipt shows that I ordered pepperoni, but there was a misunderstanding. When I called the store to explain the mix-up, a manager named Trey answered and promptly offered to send me another white pizza, this time with paprika as I originally requested. Thank you, Trey!
