So I never leave bad reviews, because I work in food service and I think reviews are pointless. But this location forgot portions of our order and didn't correct our order when we contacted them. They forgot toppings and sides, said they'd return with some stuff they forgot but they couldn't bring us our corrected order and refused to refund us. The crew in Westmont is always on time. My order is always right, hot and delicious. Good job!!!
What?s cooler than cool? Ice cold. That was the temperature of my food $40 plus) when I got it. I get it. These are unprecedented times... I called 45-50 minutes after I had ordered to see if the food was on the way. The person on the phone told me I was second on the delivery list since he only had one driver. Second? I ordered pretty much as soon as the store opened for business) He told me to give it another 15-20 minutes. I guess that?s reasonable after waiting almost an hour, right? Sarcasm). I asked if my food would still be hot when it gets to me, to which I was told that he only makes the food before it is sent out. Well, since my food was on its way, and SECOND on the delivery list sitting in the car, it was cold. Do better next time, if there is a next time. No one wants to eat soggy, cold wings and cold pizza. I would have rather have waited over an hour for your driver to make her first delivery, come back to the store, and then deliver my food. Again, unprecedented times I still get it), but we are all in this situation and money is tight with everyone. You are still charging for your service. When I finally decide to treat myself after weeks of shopping at the discount grocery stores, I don?t think it?s hard to ask for quality.

With social distancing in place and being stressed about unemployment, my boyfriend and I wanted to splurge and get something to break the monotony and to cheer us up. This Domino's did the exact opposite of that.
