Starbucks - Collierville

I do not like leaving one star but honestly feel I should. My daughter and I stopped by to get some coffee before leaving the store. They were out of almost everything. So, we bought Pike Place to go. When we got outside we stopped to take a sip and it was ice cold!! I know the barista had to feel the coffee cup never warmed up. She really didn't care anyway since she was gripping about her short break. I should've guessed something was wrong when not a single person stopped by or was sitting at tables. What a disappointment! Almost turned us off of Starbucks until we visited the Starbucks on Popular. I should've went back in and got a refund or fresh cup of coffee, but I didn't want to deal with the barista again. I hope this Starbucks can turn around and do better.

Couldn't get wifi to work. I registered, but then it just spun and spun. We tried for 1/2 hr then went to Arbys which was even worse. Their router actually goes invisible after you connect.

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant today, as the staff made my sister feel humiliated on her birthday. They were unable to understand the birthday rewards system and claimed they had credited her account, but unfortunately, they hadn't done so.

The manager is quite rude and seems unhappy in her role. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone involved.

I called ahead to place an order for a traveler for the following morning, but when I arrived, they had no record of my order. I ended up having to wait for them to brew it.
