What Debra Brewer doesn't like about Ichiban Buffet:
I ordered takeout last night, and it was awful! I ended up wasting $60 on food. The General Tso's chicken, fried rice, and lo mein all had an overwhelming taste of sweet and sour orange sauce. The rice was very dry, and the lo mein was so clumped together that it was nearly inedible. The chicken was stringy and unappetizing, and the sushi was terrible as well. One of the better Chinese buffets in the Memphis area
The ambiance is great..the food is good..and the service is phenomenal! I really like Ichiban Buffet! I enjoy going there, while I'm on my lunch break! Kid-friendliness: Every time I've eaten there.. I see families with children of all ages!
First, we have to remember that buffet restaurants are not in the 5 stat league. That said, the restaurant is clean and well cared for although I didn't use the restroom. The food tastes great. If you choose using the healthy plate, you can get a tasty, filling meal for an extremely reasonable price.
Changed up the taste of some things, like noodles and other things. Love the waitresses
