Panda Express, Collierville has resolved a problem for us during COVID. We so appreciate the take-out Family Packs. I think the honey walnut shrimp and angus steak entrees are as good as any Chinese food I have had anywhere (including NY and SF . We both like the teriyaki chicken. My husband likes the kung pao chicken.-a little spicy for me. (I was not nuts about the almost chicken I think the spring rolls are good.... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Consistently stop cooking way too early. I understand not wanting to over cook and waste food, but only having 1 meat for entree's an hour before you close, is just lazy. And closing the dining room before your closing time just affirms this. Didn't waste our money on food we didn't want. View all feedback.
A great venue was very organized, because the company showed up during our visit. Hopefully, the service and food quality are the same next visit.
This location has gone so downhill. Rangoons are burnt, entrees taste completely off, rice is burnt and in clumps of unchewable fried together rice, and much more. I used to go to this location all the time, and I?m starting to never want to go again. This is what I expect now from this location.
Went to enjoy a Sunday dinner....was informed before I ordered that they didn't have any silver ware....only chopsticks. No wonder they weren't busy. If managed properly, how does a restaurant run out of a key item like silverware? Everytime I go its something different!
I have only been to this location a few times. First time it was OK. 2nd time still OK. Went today and this is what I got. I got a plate with thw sweet fire chicken and honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Only got 3 pieces of chicken and mostly onions in the chow mein which I'm not a fan of (pics below). Plus the guy at the window wasn't real friendly. Im done with you panda express.
Too small of a meal for the price. I had to get food somewhere else because it just wasn't enough.Food: 3/5
