Was Anonym at O'Charley's a mag?
We arrived just 30 minutes before closing, and our server was absolutely fantastic! I didn't catch her name, but she had long, black-and-white braided hair, freckles, and a nose ring. She was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I will definitely return just to see her! The food was also incredible—I loved every bite. I was also disappointed that there were no lunch specials available on that Wednesday, particularly missing out on the complimentary cake that I would have preferred. My meal was satisfactory, though I didn't opt for any healthy choices. My two friends ordered salads, but unfortunately, they ended up not eating them because the salads looked quite brown and spoiled. Overall, it was a letdown. View all feedback.
I'm an older guy, so I've been there and I know quality. I haven't seen it until this afternoon. Our waiter, Q was excellent. Restaurants need this guy to video and show others how to take care of customers. Look at the service and the food was great. Well done to the manager
Great food, but my cake was half finished. My server was great!!!
They are generally pretty fast with lunches. Food is always good. Only problem is they are out of certain things and sometimes the servers forget to tell you until you order it. Not a huge problem, but maybe a sign in the lobby with items they don't have?
Have not been here since covid started. Food was great. I had the honey drizzled friend chicken, which was excellent. Wife had a club sandwich which she said was good. Waitress was ok. Restaurant was clean and nice looking. Will go back.
Not worth 1 star. My experience is the reason I NEVER eat here. My steak wasn?t cooked how it was suppose to. My bread was cold and the salad was OLD.. let?s not forget my order wasn?t ready when they said it would be. The order was suppose to be broughtout to my car BUT I had to go inside to get it. ANDDD TO TOP IT OFF, they didn?t want to give me ranch or A1. RIDICULOUS! THEWORST EVER! I could have saved my money. Never again!
