Only problem is they are out of certain things and sometimes the servers forget to tell you until you order it. Not a huge problem, but maybe a sign in the lobby with items they don't have?

It appeared that they were short staffed. Tyrell seated us was busing the tables taking orders throughout the restaurant and even though he seemed a little overwhelmed he still kept a positive attitude. If I owned a business this is the type of star employee I would want to work for me

Restaurants need this guy to video and show others how to take care of customers. Look at the service and the food was great. Well done to the manager

The staff seemed a little d... read more I came in about 12:30, I could tell they were short staffed but everyone is these days. Someone did seat me and took my drink order. The staff seemed a little disorganized but the kitchen manager stepped and start facilitating. Order Ms started comingout quickly and all customers were being waited on. My food was pretty good. December 5th at lunch the kitchen manager saved theday!!!

We didn?t have to ask or wait for anything at all. All of the food was hot and fresh. I definitely would highly recommend this Ocharleys.It?s the best.
