There was an excessive amount of corn, enough for five people. The chicken tenders were dried out, as if they had been prepared this morning. Is it too much to ask for someone to take their time and get the orders correct? Especially since I waited at the drive-thru window for ten minutes.

I had the drive through lady older bright skin lady, stare at me with anger for no apparent reason.They even gave me the wrong order on purpose. Something made me check the order before driving off. Don’t waste your time there.

Unfortunately, it was a big disapp... read more My family and I visited this KFC on August 28th. I usually prefer Popeyes, but the long line there led us to try KFC instead. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We waited in line for 30 minutes, and when I placed my order, the employee asked me to slow down because only two staff members were working. It was obvious they were unhappy with their jobs. As a Collierville resident, I won’t be coming back to this location. It's unfortunate that management no longer appears to prioritize customer service.

The older woman at the drive-thru greeted me with an unjustified glare, and they deliberately gave me the wrong order. Thankfully, I reviewed the menu and my order before driving off. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.
