There was an excessive amount of corn, enough for fiv... read more How is it possible to ruin a famous bowl? I ordered two, and one of them was missing the gravy altogether. There was an excessive amount of corn, enough for five people. The chicken tenders were dried out, as if they had been prepared this morning. Is it too much to ask for someone to take their time and get the orders correct? Especially since I waited at the drive-thru window for ten minutes.

Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We waited in line for 30 minutes, and when I placed my order, the employee asked me to slow down because only two staff members were working. It was obvious they were unhappy with their jobs. As a Collierville resident, I won’t be coming back to this location. It's unfortunate that management no longer appears to prioritize customer service.

The older woman at the drive-thru greeted me with an unjustified glare, and they deliberately gave me the wrong order. Thankfully, I reviewed the menu and my order before driving off. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

Despite there being four staff members inside, no one was at the drive-thru, and we waited 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. When I asked for assistance, the employees just laughed and kept talking among themselves. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We left and went to Captain D’s instead. It’s obvious the staff here needs to be changed, as I saw two other customers leave before us. With service like this, the restaurant won’t thrive.
