Super nice help and the pretzels?? are tasty! Yup, my cookie cake was fantastic, but I went there for pretzels. Nice snack on a trip out of town. Nice to walk through a beautiful out door mall in February as well. View all feedback.
What Cole Huart doesn't like about Great American Cookies:
4 workers in the back who make/bake the food and frost cookies are NOT wearing masks and NO HAT. They are more busy talking than working too. The two people in front are great employees tho. New covid rule says "if you work in a setting like a restaurant that has close contact with people who are unmasked and if other workers are not vaccinated, then all employees need to be wearing masks ESPECIALLY the ones talking over the cookies.
1 of my 6 cookies was great, the other 5 were not. Rock hard so either overcooked or they were day old, and it was before noon.
Chocolate chip cookies have no flavor. I get a hint of chocolate when I bite into a chip but other than that, nothing. No vanilla, no brown sugar, no cinnamon. Also, the icing has no flavor. They obviously make their cookies with cheap ingredients and still charge a substantial amount.
I come here way more often than I probably should, And I am always pleased! Like all retail places, it can be pretty crazy sometimes! No one in retail loves their job and has a great day EVERY day, BUT I have found the employees to be very hard-working and conscientious! Love and appreciate them!!!!
The staff here use to be kind and caring. Now they are just rude and unbotherd. No body wants to work anymore and being pleasant is out of the question. Really pathetic...
The entire staff was rude and uninterested in doing their jobs. The young girl with the cow hook in her nose was most rude and unprofessional. She will cost you all many customers. 6-23-24
