I ordered a Blue Note with Sprite,... read more When our waitress greeted us, I held onto some hope for a better experience. Unfortunately, she came across as a bit snappy. I ordered a Blue Note with Sprite, but the drink was flat. I then tried a strawberry mojito, and it was awful, garnished with wilted brown mint leaves. When the food arrived, it was cold. My friend's pizza was burnt, while mine was undercooked. Our waitress failed to return to check on us or to see if the new drink was satisfactory. When it came time to box up our leftovers, she packaged my friend's pizza at our table but took mine to the kitchen without explanation, leaving me wondering what was going on. Concerned about the leftovers, we paid the bill and left a tip. However, as we were exiting, our waitress chased after us, criticizing us for our tip amount. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I certainly won't be returning to Cafe Piazza, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others. This restaurant has noticeably declined in quality since a few years ago and seems to lack appreciation for its customers and the quality of its food and drinks.

The service was subpar and the breadsticks were burnt and taste like they’re from a fridge freezer.I am very surprised in this experience because I’ve heard great things about this place years ago. Has there been a change in ownership?
