From the coffee to the water which is local and also very good, of course we know that water is colourless, tasteless but it is a water that quenches your thirst from the first sip, drunk before tasting any sweet or other of their products from a different flavor to the taste. (obviously this is a review dictated solely by my personal experience but, if you are curious, it is an experience worth trying) the ingredients are local.

I remember as a child, my dad used to go from Campofelice to Collesano to go and buy the seemingly good CIVELLO sweets. On the occasion of the baptisms of us children. In one word, the CIVELLO PASTRY IS AN INSTITUTION in this area. Messrs. Civello, the original owners are no more. Today the management and/or ownership is by the spouses Cilluffo Fullone.E.... the tradition continues. I particularly recommend the cassatine with ricotta.
