we had delicious, melting munde, falling the bone ribs. did not even need sauce. the brisket was right. the pages are not only of the bill bbq tariff. the carrots were wonderful, but the star of the show in the sides was a sweet, warm carrot soufflé. so glad we got a tipp from locals! I tried 1976 for the first time today, and it was hands down the best BBQ I've experienced in BCS. We had brisket, ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. My wife ordered the same but opted for corn instead of beans. The meat was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the sides were outstanding, especially the corn. The owner was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be returning!
It was great to visit on the 4th of July and enjoy some BBQ. They had burnt ends available, and yes, they were absolutely delicious!

The cut beef sandwich was to die and the Jalapeño/Cheese sausage sandwich was really good! the best is, however, the pfirsich and the blackberry cooker with vanilleeis for dessert?
