This waffle house was quite crowded with customers coming in and out for their meals. The tables were also filled. We were seated promptly, but there was some confusion with our server. A young man took our drink order and then later returned to take our food order, only to realize that someone else was supposed to be our server. Despite this, our food arrived quickly. What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was our first time at a waffle house and when we arrived, the waiter was missing. They didn't have a pencil to take our order, so someone else had to do it. They mixed up our orders and didn't even remember which table the items were for. Not bad, not exactly liking the new carry out only practice but they seem to be handling it. Overall nice experience.
Oscar is horrible and mean to the customers for no reason. Nella said it. I'm here from out of town to get married and it was the worst experience I've had all because of him. Miss gaynell was nice to come and stop him fussing
The food was good, it was a different kind of WH I've never been to one with a walk up window. All in all a good eat.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was not greeted and Gaynell was very rude. The girls with colorful hair were constantly moving around and did not seem welcoming. When I tried to place a to-go order and said good morning, Gaynell rudely told me she couldn't help because she was the only one working, even though there were other staff members behind the counter. I ended up going to a different restaurant called Jus, and now I understand why this place has so many bad reviews.
