Tried the Lachsburger and I love my fish, but never had it in the form in which it was presented. Excessive expectations of second visit round. Thank you. Support local.

What a fantastic name! The backyard offered great views, the bathroom was spotless, and the hospitality was outstanding! The owner was incredibly helpful in describing the shakes and food options. I ordered the Navajo tacos, which were absolutely delicious, and a mixed shake of sweet potato and chai that sent me to heaven! The portion of tacos was so generous that I had enough for seconds later that evening. I truly wish we had a place like this in Austin—I would definitely become a regular! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Great menu with amazing and uniq... read more This is a diner like every town needs and is worth the trip to Collbran because it unfortunately isn't available in every town. Great menu with amazing and unique shakes and malts including Dill Pickle l, Pineapple and habanero, sweet potato, maple and bacon ... yep you read that right !! Great flavors that might be good for dipping their awesome sweet potato fries. The hospitable owner clearly has fun with what he's doing and made it a fun stop for our group after a hike in the Mesa. They have everything traditional with great food and home grown veggies and a fun name
