Today my father and I wen... read more The most surreal experience I 've had in a restaurant, of course it 's the case for Cuarto Milenio. I summarize a little what I lived. Today my father and I went to eat at 1:00 p.m., which is supposed to open. When we arrived, they told us that it would open at 1:30 p.m. because they had to prepare the kitchen, so far so good. We have gone to a bar next door to kill time and we have returned at 2:00 p.m., the surprise is that when we entered they told us that we had to wait 15 more minutes because the kitchen was still closed, I do not understand it since they close the restaurant at 3:45 p.m. In the dining room there were some tables with people looking at their phones and waiting, all without eating and with their drinks. They have given us 2 soft drinks and luckily we have not opened them..the waiter comes to us and tells us that if we are going to eat a menu or buffet, my father is an older man and eats little, so I tell him that a menu for He and I, since I 'm more of a gobbler, wanted a buffet, to which the waiter replied that it can 't, that we ask for the same thing or nothing because they are the rules of the house. My father, all surprised, tells me between laughs: Son, sit at the next table and ask for the buffet , they didn 't have any problem with that. But how am I going to eat at a restaurant with my father and do it at separate tables? it 's illogical. In the end I got up and told my father to leave, I told them that surely what they were doing was illegal, like many other things that they do by setting prices without VAT and such. By the way horrible heat, the people there were sweating. In the end we left, I will never set foot on that site again in my life.
