Chicken chow mein was tasteless also. Poor quality meat. Disappointed, so rang up to inform them and a member of staff called out in the background ‘just tell them not to come back!’ So much for being a loyal customer to an outlet which hire poorly trained staff. A lesson in customer service is needed. Found myself having to negotiate in order to get our money back we had to parcel up the food and the delivery man came to collect. Refund minus the delivery cost, £20 worth of ****. Bad experiences spread quicker than good ones, for staff who clearly don’t care.
