A downtown Main Street sandwich shop mixes speedy, friendly service and fresh, customizable subs with occasional inconsistency. New ownership and attentive staff have improved dine-in seating, takeout and catering, making it a reliable quick-bite and platter option. However, recurring supply hiccups (notably running out of bread), occasional incorrect orders, and rare rude behavior - plus one report of illness - undermine overall consistency; calling ahead for busy dinner times is advised.

I have ordered from this Subway twice recently and both times they were out of bread. I placed my order online at 5:30pm. Service was for takeout and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was between $1 and $10.
I had a disappointing experience at Subway in Coldwater, Ohio. I have received stale bread twice, which is unacceptable. My sandwich had very few toppings and all I could taste was bread and cheese. I called to complain, but I doubt it will make a difference. I have had much better experiences at Subway in St. Henry and Celina, where the sandwiches are always fresh. I will no longer be patronizing the Coldwater location and suggest they consider a new manager.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming, everything was fresh and well-organized. The service was excellent. We ordered take-out for dinner and it was very good. The price per person was between $1 and $10.

Excellent food, very welcoming employees, regularly awesome atmosphere. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is great. Keep up the good work.
