Three of us ordered the porterho... read more An absolutely stunning setting, with so much potential, but what awful food. We stopped in today for their 2 or 3 course lunch. Three of us ordered the porterhouse with chimichurri sauce. The meat was so tough (in all 3 serves) that we couldn’t cut or chew it. The sauce pulverized to a watery paste. If I am honest, the whole set menu was a disappointment. When we were asked ‘how were your meals?’ We replied, do you really want to know? The response, that’s the cut of meat! We left with a huge napkin of tough, fatty treats for our doggos for only $210

The food was truly magnificent. On the night I visited, there was a small set menu with several options for the main course and desserts. The dishes were not only delicious but also unique and beautifully presented. My photos don’t capture the true beauty of the meal at all. While it was relatively pricey, it felt appropriate given the quality of the venue and menu. It was definitely worth the expense. This is a fantastic spot for an anniversary or any special celebration.

The atmosphere of the place is lovely and it’s quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even offering complimentary coffee or tea. I would definitely consider staying at the adjacent farmhouse on my next visit.

While the food had beautiful presentation, it didn’t quite deliver on flavor and was somewhat underwhelming. The service was quite good, especially given that we were a large group. I’m looking forward to returning to try the regular menu, as we only had the banquet option.

The chicken nuggets were almost burnt very dark brown) and even macdonalds nuggets tasted better. The 3 course menu $85) was good, with a selection of main courses and desserts.

We had the 3 course meal including set meal for our daughter, the food is fresh and delicious but the dark chocolate tart desert were truly the highlight for me. Looking forward to coming back!
