I wanted a turkey bacon and guacamole wrap and once I figured out they don’t use tortillas and wrap it in a weird way with flatbread currently I decided to change my order. The lady asked me very rudely that didn’t you ask for the wrap? I explained yes but I wanted to change it because it wasn’t like the wraps that I was used to. She looked like she was about to spit on my food because I changed my order. I just walked out. Very bad attitude.

Making your customers wait 10 minutes while you work on other things doesn’t look good for business!!
