Hudson Hil's is a lovely restaurant featuring a few outdoor tables on the sidewalk. However, it falls short in catering to vegans as much as we had hoped. They could benefit from expanding their vegan menu options. There is definitely potential for improvement. Updated review as of July 1, 2023.

Hudson Hil's is a delightful restaurant situated on Main Street in Cold Spring. They provide a range of vegan dishes, including tasty vegan breakfast options such as pancakes. I enjoyed the vegan tacos, which were flavorful and satisfying. The menu also features a good selection of beer and wine. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in the area!
