Gluek Brewing Co - Cold Spring

Picked up 11/14/22. Had a 7 am pickup. Unfortunately my delivery beforehand was scheduled for 10 am hahaha. It is a very busy place. Do not book this load if you can't make it on time. More often than not, they will load based on who's on time. I have been late to this place before and they loaded me quickly. Don't take that and use it for optimism. Plan accordingly, book your loads accordingly. If you miss your pickup time, you're most likely going to be there for hours because it is such a busy place. You will get held up and be a work in. There will be a bunch of trucks there when you come. There's places to park overnight on the premises there of you have a pickup or delivery early. Once again, BE ON TIME!!!

Arrived 2hrs early ..Trucks had to park before checking in .Had to wait in line to check in about 15-20 min .. was given a door asap ..in door by 1:30p out by 2:50pmQuick unloading..

10/4/22 Big truck pu. First time here. In and out b4 appt time. Friendly and professional check in. Instructions clear and will signed. Plenty of parking and room to maneuver. Wish more companies were this professional and respectful.

3 stars because the loads pay well and usually no issues. On the other hand, coming here on thr weekend was a nightmare. Nobody within thr whole facility, would respond to our dispatch or broker for a pick up number request. Drove 2 hours here and sat from 4:30pm to 8am the next day. We booked our load through Echo brokerage, who was equally incompetent. They gave me the same pick up number for another load already picked up. They had no way of finding the pick up number for this load. There's plenty of brokers who can handle such a simple task. Please use a different company.
