Their customer service definitely requires improvement. Every time I visit, I am met with disapproving stares and laughter when placing my order. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. If I am craving a sub that badly, I would rather make the trip to Bonnyville next time. View all feedback.

This location is my second favourite everbecause my first is in my hometown! The service is quick, the food is fresh and the shop is clean.
When ever I am in a rush I drop into Subway. The staff is friendly and always add that extra spinach & hot peppers that I like on my sub. I have been to other subways but they just don't put that extra touch into making it exactly the way I like it.
1st time ever, always busy, I dreaded going in. Great service (polite, friendly with smiles, efficient), fresh choices with just the right amount of produce. Parking is a nightmare when busy. I give this franchise props. Try to go off set school times and lunchtime. Delicious.
