Very good service from attentive and efficient staff. I really enjoyed the delicious roasted vegetables, which were cooked brilliantly, together with tender broccoli stems, alongside a tasty Mac n Cheese. Very poor, restaurant was very run down, dirty, tables and menus sticky. My daughter had ants floating around in her drink, when taken to the bar the explanation was that the glass must have been in the garden, which if anything raised the concern. Atmosphere very rowdy, one of the waiters had a full blown argument with a customer on the restaurant floor. Very understaffed, dinner service had only 2 serving staff and... View all feedback.
NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS CLOSING DOWN Paid for a taxi to have breakfast only to find they have no chef and no staff and greeted by an unapologetic receptionist. Can’t find this anywhere on their website, met another gentleman standing in the Carpark after also booking a taxi for breakfast. DO NOT BOTHER WITH BEEFEATER AS A WHOLE COMPANY IF THEY HAVE SUCH LITTLE REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Always great service and lovely food ... would definately recommend for family and friends always made to feel welcome and very well looked after!

Very understaffed, dinner service had only 2 serving staff and 1 person on the bar, staff clearly rushed off their feet. Food took an age to come, service between courses took a long time but I cant blame the staff for this, they were rushed off their feet. Clearly a poorly managed establishment. It is a shame, used to really like this restaurant but we wont be returning.
