Starbucks - Colchester

The title says it all. There are plenty of better options for vegan food and drinks in Colchester.

My phone was getting repaired next door at fone World, I thought a hot choccy on a cold morning would be a nice treat. Went in about 10.10am and the member of staff was finishing an order and about 30 seconds later was still on the computer screen, eventually asked what I wanted regular hot chocolate please they then tapped the screen again and said large hot chocolate?? (If this is a sales technique I didn 't fall for it) so I re said regular please (before anyone moans I don 't know the Starbucks names for the sizes) I was then told the price and I whipped a tenner out my pocket (sold a mk1 mx5 1.6 16v eunos roadster engine cam cover and gasket for £15 the day before so had it in my pocket) and the person said sorry this is a cash free business and as my phone was getting repaired I couldn 't pay Google pay Walked away empty handed but with a tenner in my pocket so I 'm happy Customer service 1/5 Staff meeting could be organised and called it 's free to smile

I was having a stressful morning and I decided to grab a coffee and cake before heading to university. The staff member greeted me and was very friendly. I felt super at ease as we had a little chat about the day before I took a seat to get some work done. My coffee and snack was amazing and such a calm and warm environment to be in. A test fire alarm went off but before this happened a staff member kindly warned customers in a friendly and calm way as to not distract or interfere with their usual routines. I could not praise the guys there this morning enough. You made my day.

Complaint about customers: There was a weird guy,wearing glasses, who monitored and copied what I was doing eg drinking coffee the same time I was.As soon as I left, he took over my seat.I also have a coworker called Wang and he is extremely dangerous.He gives me intense stares, tried to control my working lifestyle and uses passive aggression to make me fear about him eg with force bangs objects about such as cones. He usually wears sunglasses.He even told me with force to have breaks during my shifts in which we are not supposed to.To this day he still works on my side even if he is not meant to.I try to control my anxiety attacks but eventually got fed up and wrote this speech.He forced me to apologise to him as well. He also oddly asked if 'I went to his cupboard again ' towards the end of April as well to which I replied 'no ' then went off. I am so angry as I my performance levels at work have dipped partially due to his actions.He also patronizes me that he did more work than me by doing the 'bins, toilets and floor ' and accusing me of being 'slower ' than me .Also, my family have recently been causing me distress by the use of inducing fear in me to control my actions eg invading my privacy of my room as a threat to control how much I clean my room.My family’s names consist of: Oxana Rudenko Charles, Alison D Murphy, and my Grandad’s name Edward Rudenko.Also Wang and another co-worker(Tom 's Dad) gave me aggressive glares towards me today(21/07/22).They are both from Essex Uni domestic evening cleaning job.Also, my mum Oxana rudenko charles once grabbed my arm in an aggressive manner to get my attention.She also shouts, screams and invades my privacy of my room without my permission.I am also worried that wang from my workplace may want to murder me(25/07/22-27/07/22).Also there was a drone that was spying on me from a long distance in the night sky along the trail of salary brook, perhaps from a corparation.Also,Oxana Rudenko Charles(my mum) has peer pressured me to feel bad about myself by: bursting into my room to get a reaction out of me, evading any accountability of her actions by blaming me for my mental health problems and pretending to care about me to obtain my submission.Also Tom 's dad grabbed Abi 's bag and Abi didn 't seem comfortable with him doing that.Also Wang put his face in my face while I was walking past him at Essex Uni(20/07/22-31/07/22).Also, certain people in cars like to spy on other people by driving their cars aimlessly in neighbourhoods such as Longridge(18/08/22).Also, private planes fly extremely low near households, causing a lot of commotive disturbance when trying to sleep at night and potentially spying on peolple in colchester.Also, there was a male teenager in a grey tracksuit who not only tailgated(intimidated) me by riding his bicycle less than a metre behind me but also growled at me while looking at me.This happened on Salary Brook way(23/08/22).On the 09/09/22, my mum(oxana Rudenko Charles) would peer pressure me to go to work or do something while I was sleeping.Also, my mum would guiltrip me about my hair and features and indoctrinate me to be more a narcissist by constantly going on a tangent about my appearance in a negative manner.Also, a friend of my mum 's, called Aki, put her arm around my chair without my consent, likes to intimidate me with looks and obliges me to people please her by commanding me to talk to her.She even joked about traumatising me before gossiping behind my back about my hair to my mum.

Very disappointed in specific members of staff, recently heard other complaints towards her. She was incredibly rude and was swearing multiple times at my friends and i. This unwelcoming atmosphere has put many people off entering this shop and spending money. To my great disgust we had even left the shop as we were requested to and was standing the other side of the street and still being glared.
