Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at an unbeatable price. A fantastic way to kick off the day. The food was served hot and accompanied by a nice cup of tea. Great value for the money. View all feedback. What stevetM114HK doesn't like about Sainsbury's Cafe:
This is for the Stanway Store not the cafe…few checkouts choked by full trolleys, queue at customer services desk with one person long…I don’t work for Sainsbury’s and have no wish to support appalling customer service and the sacking of till staff on the altar of Sainsbury’s profit so refuse to self scan. read moreThis café presents a dichotomy of experiences that can leave diners disappointed or pleased. While some patrons lament excessively long wait times, poor food quality, and inattentive service, others have enjoyed hot, flavorful breakfasts at a remarkable price. Issues like burnt sausages, rubbery eggs, and cold plates plague the menu, contributing to a steady decline in foot traffic. Conversely, loyal customers appreciate the café's affordability and varied offerings, often opting for drinks rather than meals. Overall, the café's inconsistency leaves much to be desired, prompting many to reconsider their dining choices in search of better options.
