we love every single dessert we have tried here (on stock and delivery!) the personal is also very beautiful! we loved their strawberry shortcakes waffel (foto) and sunflowers! our favorites we order very often, but are their eaten and boveno cookie dough with extra strawberries and custard (foto!) yum! their prizes are great for the portions and quality they offer, highly recommended! Visited 2 adults 2 11yr old kids. Lady at till friendly and took order without issues. Food was fair for the price and well played up. The issue was with waiting staff. Been there a few times. Service and food quality is very good and friendly. For kebab-driven cuisine: it feels maybe a tad pricey to me but I suspect I am just prejudiced by the excellent takeaway services available around the corner on Queen Street . There was a glitch with payments where a member of our party realised she had been overcharged by a tenner on the card reader, when she got home. She didn't take it back to the restaurant and it was probably a genuine error.

The staff showed no interest in providing allergy information. They claimed there was no allergy menu and suggested there may not be any options for us. After persistent questioning, we were given an allergy folder, but they still could not confirm the ingredients used. There were no dairy-free ice cream options available, only one sorbet dish. This lack of variety was disappointing and did not meet the needs of our children with allergies in a family-friendly venue.
I loved the waffles even tho they were too waffley they tasted so waffle like with waffle textures and waffle ice cream thank you for your time
I come here regularly because my kids love it. But the service is consistently terrible. Just ordered 6 deserts for our family. 5 came out together, the other one came after we’d all finished. In the gap in between, several other tables got their deserts. I complained but the duty manager just defended their process. It happens every time we come. Just need a decent competitor to open up and I’m done with this place
