Max410 - Cohoes
Max410
Description
Waters Edge’s Max410 pairs riverfront charm with a seafood-forward menu, generous portions, and attractive presentation. Outdoor patio dining overlooking the Mohawk is a highlight; indoor spaces feel intimate and well kept. Service is generally friendly and efficient, with attentive bartenders, and parking is ample though signage is subtle. Standout dishes include lobster, steamers, and crab fondue, but food quality can be inconsistent—some proteins arrive overcooked and a few pasta dishes underseasoned. Reservations are recommended for dinner.

If I could leave negative stars I would it’s unfortunate that they are taking over the waters edge lighthouse the Delmonico steak wasn’t even cooked on a grill it had absolutely no seasoning on it and looked and tasted like it was cooked at a run down diner my wife got the grilled chicken salad the chicken was OLD nothing fresh about the food here for the price Applebees has fresher food 4 months ago theirs a similar review and owners said they would do better and have clearly just want to rip ppl off it’s truly sad they are going to ruin the waters edge lighthouse reputation of amazing food

Food was horrific! Mac n cheese was tasteless. Chicken Alfredo was mediocre at best. The homemade pasta in the Newburg sauce was cooked poorly and all clumped together. The only way you could separate it was it cut it up. Service: 2
