a great little jewel of a place. the greeting was warm and friendly, service was excellent and my room was comfortable. the beer garden is fabulous, lots of space and they soon forget the bush of traffic past. In summary, the king’s arms offers an excellent value for money in a building that has character, and the breakfast is excellent. View all feedback.
Pleasant environment with very nice comfortable rooms. the service with a smile goes down very nicely.

After a late booking and long trip we enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay in the kings arms. warm welcome room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. good dinner served in the fantastic garden beautiful place to cool after a hard day. the complete English breakfast was in front of location. again many thanks to the kings arm team.
Very friendly, great service, good beer and amazing outdoor seating.
A classic case of don't judge the book by the cover. Frankly the property from the front looks its 1700's age and with its eclectic pictures on the walls inside and the darkness of the woodwork suggests the type of book it wasn't. With the warm welcome received on entry, we were shown through to one of the new rooms at the back which was very nice indeed. It had nicely done on-suite with shower, large TV, usual facilities, but with its own controllable air conditioner and a wonderful quiet view out over the country side to the rear. There is an extremely well laid out garden with seating to the side. The food from the kitchen was great, varied in choice and very tasty. All in all a homely feeling.
