I never usually write reviews but I honestly feel like I have to for this! After living in Kelvedon a short amount of time I thought I would give the Chinese a try, honestly absolutely 10/10! They gave me a 20 minute collection time and when I arrived the food was ready, fresh and hot! Tasted absolutely amazing this is definitely my new “go to” for a Chinese! It’s clear that this restaurant has changed ownership, and the results are disappointing. The food was greasy and the ribs were incredibly fatty and not tender. The special fried rice was mostly just plain rice, and the curry was nearly flavorless. Additionally, prices have increased by 15%, and they only accept cash. View all feedback.
We've had lots of lovely meals from China garden very good food fantastic polite service
First time of ordering a takeaway from this restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised. The phone was answered promptly and pur order taken efficiently and politely. The food was ready to collect within 15 mins (Thursday 6.30pm) and was hot and fresh tasting. Very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.
Always good hot food. The boys on the front desk never fail to make me chuckle. The curry sauce is amazing
Great food, great place. Pre order and ready quickly with no queue.
We bought some barbecue ribs which were dried up, tough with sauce poured over them very poor and won’t be back .
